Netball Northern Zone are undertaking work in the transition space with a focus on coaches. The transition space is the stepping-stone and link between community and performance. In the coaching sense it is envisaged to build an active group of coaches who are currently coaching at Premier club or Secondary School, U18 or Opens Representative, or NNL level, who aspire to higher honours, are coaching ANZ Premiership players in their club teams, or have a desire and mindset of continuous learning. To this end the Zone are forwarding the below registration link to all Centres/coaches to help build a database and establish a foundation base of coaching needs within our Zone.
The Northern Zone Coach Squad will be provided with opportunities to engage with Zone led coach sessions with MG Mystics coaching personnel, Zone led NNL level programs like the NZEPP program, Zone led Development Days and any other coaching sessions that arise. It will enable the Zone to identify coaches’ potential for promotion to PCQ if desired and support the application process.

- Club or Secondary School Premier Coaches (especially those with ANZP players in their teams)
- Centre Under 18 and Opens Rep Coaches
